Welfare Rights
Argyll & Bute's Welfare Rights service will deliver advice and provide tribunal representation to individuals looking to challenge benefit decisions (including sanctions, housing benefit overpayment, PIP reconsiderations, etc)
We provide representation at welfare benefit and local authority tribunals. Our services include undertaking casework and offering representation at appeal level and are accredited by Scottish National Standards Type III in Housing, Money and Welfare Benefits Competencies.
We will also provide comprehensive benefit checks making sure that clients are in receipt of their full entitlement.
